Pastry with Chef Bamunuge! (suitable for veggies)

Gateaux McMahon, A strawberry cream filling with puff pastry on top and bottom. the top is dusted with icing sugar or jam. Symbolizing the blood and snow. I prune and date tart! it yummy and helps you poo! lol
Empress rice! Like a cream jelly with stem ginger, angelica and glaze cherrys, with a strawberry jelly on top. (everyone elses was pink but mine was red/brown because i used strawberry cooli and seaweed gelatine lol)
I apricot flan! It was made from frangipane (almond sponge) it apricots
I forgot! lol they are like a sweet bread soaked in a syrup with pastry cream and topped with strawberrys. the bread was a dry bread, so wouldn't be so soggy.

I forgot! :( a Meringue thingy! :(
Choco-bread, chinese sweet bread is so much better! lol

Same as above but the back are deep fried and filled with hazelnut cream and coated in cinnamon sugar! the smelt like McChicken nuggets! NASTY! :(

A fruit flan with pastry cream and a sponge underneith soaked with soaking syrup! BEST THING EVER!

hi chef,... I appreciated. What about your lesson in the Brassarie.. what r menus? I like main courses more tahn fatty desserts kekeke.. anyhow, nice job.. thanks...that soaked bread u were saying was SAVARIN! tsk tsk...
